A Service Provider Mobile Virtual Network Operator evolved into the Full MVNO model, thereby having to take on new regulatory obligations, including the integration of a lawful interception platform for communications into its VoLTE network.
Actions Undertaken
Esparvel led the Project Office, coordinating the system deployment with the platform provider and Law Enforcement Agencies, and ensuring the seamless integration of the new procedures into the organization’s operational framework.
