Context and Need
An Internet Service Provider decided to expand its offering by introducing a telephony Service. There was an opportunity to secure a contract as a reseller of that Service, but an effective launch plan was needed to coordinate both business interfaces: one focused on the relationship with the wholesaler and another on the retail market.
Actions Undertaken
Esparvel assumed responsibility for overseeing this coordination. On one side, we collaborated closely with the internal marketing team, which developed the positioning strategy, commercial offer, and launch plan. On the other, we managed communications with the wholesale operator—working in tandem with technical teams responsible for system integration, testing, and commissioning.
